Streicher worked on all phases, from site preparation to the finish construction of the Crooked Creek Doctor’s Plaza, which hosts both medical and dentistry offices on Charles Street in Jasper, Indiana.
Scope: Due to our Design/Build expertise and knowledge, Streicher Construction was chosen as the design/build contractor for this project. The project consisted of 47,869 sq ft Design/Build wood frame masonry veneer medical office building plus exterior site work and multi-tenant design/build finish out of the facility of self-performed concrete (interior, exterior, and foundations), structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, roofing, windows and doors, and miscellaneous specialties. Oversaw and coordinated glass/glazing, masonry, floorcovering, grading, wall covering, mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
